Welcome to Metro Junk Solutions Inc. By accessing our website or utilizing our junk removal and hauling services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
Metro Junk Solutions Inc. provides junk removal, hauling, and light demolition services. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the items being removed or have the explicit authorization of the owner to dispose of them.
2. Pricing and Estimates
- On-Site Estimates: We provide free, no-obligation on-site estimates. The final price is based on the volume the junk takes up in our truck or the specific weight/nature of the materials.
- Heavy Material: Dirt, concrete, tile, gravel, and roofing materials are priced differently due to weight restrictions and landfill fees.
- Surcharges: Certain items (e.g., appliances with freon, tires, mattresses) may incur specific environmental disposal surcharges required by local facilities.
3. Prohibited Items
For the safety of our crew and compliance with environmental regulations, we cannot accept or transport hazardous materials. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Wet paint, chemicals, and solvents.
- Motor oil, antifreeze, and gasoline.
- Asbestos, biological waste, and biohazards.
- Propane tanks and explosive materials.
4. Property Access and Liability
You must provide our team with clear and safe access to the items being removed.
- While we take the utmost care to protect your property (walls, floors, driveways) during the removal process, Metro Junk Solutions Inc. shall not be held liable for unavoidable minor wear, scratches, or damage resulting from the removal of heavy or oversized items.
- We are not responsible for damage to driveways or sidewalks caused by the weight of our trucks.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A late fee may be applied to unpaid balances.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice out of respect for our scheduling and other customers.
