Trusted Waste Disposal in Forest Grove, OR

Sometimes the trash just piles up faster than you expect.
I’ve been doing waste disposal work here in Forest Grove and you know what? The most common call we get starts the same way. “We didn’t think we had that much, but now it’s taking over the garage.” Or the driveway. Or that corner of the yard near the back fence. It happens to everyone.
Last month, I helped a family over on Pacific Avenue who’d been meaning to clean out their basement for two years. Two years. They kept putting it off because they figured dealing with all that waste disposal would be complicated and expensive. When we showed up, the husband looked relieved. “I thought this would cost us twice as much,” he said. That’s the thing about working in this community since 1995. We don’t believe in surprising people with hidden fees or making something simple feel difficult.
Forest Grove is home for us. We’ve watched this town grow, helped businesses near the old Safeway building clear out renovations, and worked with families throughout Gales Creek and the neighborhoods around Tom McCall Upper Elementary. When you need reliable waste management service that actually shows up when we say we will, that matters. And honestly, after three decades of doing this work, we’ve learned that fair pricing and fast service aren’t just good business. They’re the right way to treat your neighbors.
What Our Waste Disposal Service Includes
We handle pretty much everything. Household junk, construction debris, yard waste, old furniture, appliances that stopped working three years ago. If you’re not sure whether we can take it, just call. Nine times out of ten, the answer is yes. And for that one time it’s not? We’ll tell you exactly where it needs to go instead.
The process is straightforward. You point, we load. No need to bag everything up or drag it to the curb. Our trucks are equipped to handle the heavy lifting, and honestly, that’s what you’re paying us for. We’ve got the equipment and the experience to do it safely and quickly.
Why Forest Grove Trusts Metro Junk Solutions
Three Decades of Local Service
We started this business in 1995 when Forest Grove looked a lot different than it does now. Back then, there weren't nearly as many disposal options around here. People needed a local company they could count on, and we built our reputation one job at a time. Same family running things today as when we started.
We Know This Area Inside and Out
When you've been working in Forest Grove this long, you learn the area. We know which neighborhoods have narrow driveways that need smaller trucks. We know the older homes near downtown sometimes have tricky access to the backyard. We've worked on properties from Dilley to Gales Creek and everywhere in between.
That local knowledge matters more than you'd think. We're not showing up with a truck that won't fit or a crew that doesn't know how to navigate your street.
Real People, Real Service
This isn't a franchise or some corporate operation. When you call, you're talking to someone who actually lives and works in this community. We shop at the same stores you do. Our kids went to school here. That connection matters because your satisfaction directly impacts our reputation in town.
We've built this business on referrals and repeat customers. That only happens when you do the work right and charge a fair price.
Why Forest Grove Residents Choose Us
There’s something about being a family business in the same town for thirty years. People know us. Your neighbor probably used us for their garage cleanout. The contractor working on that new development near Fernhill probably has our number saved. We’re not some national chain where you’re talking to a different person every time.
Our pricing is transparent. We give you a quote based on volume and weight, and that’s what you pay. No surprise fees when we’re done loading. No charges for stairs or “difficult access” that other companies like to tack on. We’ve found that treating people fairly means they call us again when they need help. And their friends call us too.
Fast Service When You Need It
Most companies around here will tell you they can come out next week. Maybe the week after. We get it, you want this handled now. Not when it’s convenient for some dispatcher three states away. When you call Metro Junk Solutions, we’re usually looking at same day or next day service. Sometimes we can squeeze you in within a few hours if our schedule allows.
Weather doesn’t stop us either. Living in Oregon means you learn to work in the rain. We’ve done waste disposal jobs in every kind of weather Forest Grove throws at us, and believe me, that’s saying something.
